My name is Amanda Kobelski I am the owner and practitioner of Soul Flow Massage. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist #26618. In 2020 I started my journey at East West College Healing of the Arts in Portland Oregon, there I truly found my love and passion for helping folks and connecting on a face to face level. In 2021 I graduated and instantly started working in the field. Fast forward to 2024 and I opened my own business. Dedicated to provide a safe space for every human that walks thru my doors. I enjoy helping folks really narrow down why muscles are restricting them the way they are. I love being on their healing journey with individuals as they explore how their healing path.

When i’m not in the studio you’ll find me hanging out with my 100+ indoor plants and my bull terrier Pudge. I enjoy being out in nature finding new spots to explore and find the beauty of this world. I have been a vegetarian for about seven years now. I enjoy being a homebody. I adore trying new food places and coffee spots. My favorite place to run off to is Bend OR. I’ve also worked at Costco for twelve years now. As well as becoming an esthetician in 2019 that lead me to massage.

Deep tissue
Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic massage technique that targets the deeper layers of the muscle and connective tissue. It involves firm, slow strokes with applied pressure to help relieve chronic tension, muscle stiffness, and pain.

Deep tissue massage is great for:

-Folks with high stress or recovering from injury


Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a gentle form of therapeutic massage that focuses on relaxation and overall well-being. Swedish massage involves long, flowing strokes on the top layers of the muscles.

Great for circulation, receive tension, and promote relaxation for the body and mind.

Myofascial Release Myofascial release can be done in a variety of ways, including direct pressure on specific points or using techniques like stretching or movement to encourage the release of tension.


Cupping
Cupping therapy is often used to treat pain, muscle stiffness, and inflammation.

The suction from cupping can help improve circulation and promote healing by increasing the flow of energy and blood to the affected areas.

Cupping can be either done with silicone cups or fire cupping!


Assisted stretching
Assisted stretching can be great for 100% of the session or mixed into your session. Stretching can be great to help mobility and flexibility. As well as its great for folks that don’t want to be massaged or undress for their session.
